Several unloading forms of screw conveyor

1. Multi-point loading:

It is often required to arrange a conveyor with multi-point feeding, which is manually adjusted. When only one feed port needs to be opened at any given time, the gate or switch device should be restricted to not allow the conveyor to be overloaded at the opening degree. When more than one feed port needs to be opened, carefully adjust and limit the flow rate of each feed port so that the total amount does not exceed the design capacity limit of the conveyor. When multiple feed ports need to be opened at the same time to feed the conveyor, the total material flow is controlled.

2. Discharge port without connecting pipe: The material directly falls through an opening at the bottom of the spiral groove body. Generally, it is used for discharging in the middle of the device. At this point, there is no need to stop discharging until there is no falling difference. For example, it is used to unload to the material warehouse.

3. Open bottom unloading: used for unloading and distributing materials into hoppers, silos or silos. At the bottom of the spiral groove body of the conveyor, any required length opening is used to discharge the material. The materials are piled up to form a natural pile, and the materials that continue to follow are sent to the unloaded place through the pile.

4. Unloading at the end of the spiral groove body: the material is directly discharged through the opening at the end of the spiral conveyor body. The spiral is supported by local end plates, and the bearings are mounted on the flanges at the ends. When the filling factor of the conveyor exceeds 0.45, this discharge method cannot be used.
